The organisation throughout was excellent and all of the guides absolutely fantastic.  We would definitely choose to book with you guys again.

If anything I think you guys undersell just what you get on one of your holidays so we mainly got nice surprises throughout and no complaints whatsoever, just lots of really good memories.

Organisation and planning absolutely superb. All of the guides were absolutely excellent throughout, really knowledgeable, open and flexible about arrangements, always on time throughout but most importantly really nice people to spend time with. Special mention must go to Mr Lal our driver who was truly lovely and above all to Chandra who is without doubt one of the nicest people I have ever met and took such good care of us and was unfailingly patient with our challenging special needs boy! It was a privilege to be able to spend so much time in his company and to learn about his country. I also need to mention the crew on the rafting who somehow managed to produce a three course meal over a camp fire that was the standard of a blooming good restaurant - amazing! The quality of the meals throughout the rafting experience was outstanding and it was really sweet that they made English tea and biscuits and had brought baked beans (even though they served them cold with salad!) - that really made us smile. They also made chips to go with the curry which was really funny! The stuff that holiday memories are made of!

 

Would have liked more downtime at a few points - especially in Pokhara for instance where the hotel had a pool and spa but there was little time to take advantage of this. A couple of times we only had an hour or so free after arriving after a long journey before heading off out again so a little extra time overall would have given more flexibility for slowing the pace a little.

Loved that it was just us rather than being part of a big group - it didn’t feel like we were on a “tour” as such which we liked. Ideal for kids of the ages of ours - perfect combination of things to do and things to see and the addition of the elephant bathing experience was an unexpected bonus and a real treat!

 

 

Overall we had a fantastic holiday. Nepal is a wonderful country with lovely people and a great culture. The range of activities was excellent and the organisation absolutely first rate. Completely lived up to and exceeded our expectations.
