Once you have sent us your booking request we will:

• Send you a confirmation e-mail.
• E-mail/post the tour literature for that specific tour to you.

Before we proceed to the booking page please take time to run through our check list and accept our terms and conditions.

1)Insurance. You must buy travel insurance before your trip. Diverse Earth insurance is included in the tour price (you can find details here), you may choose to accept this insurance (when booking) or arrange your own. If arranging travel insurance yourself please ensure that your policy covers you for the dates of your holiday, the area you intend to travel to and any activities that you will be doing. You must declare any pre-existing medical conditions to your insurance company.

2)Passport. Check that your passport is valid. Most countries require that you passport has at least 6 months validity. You can check with your country's consular offices if this is the case.

3)Visas. Some countries such as India require that you have a visa prior to travel. If this is the case please make sure you have left enough time to obtain your visa before your date of departure. Check with your country's consular offices as to the application procedure.

4)Fitness to Travel. Read the tour itineraries carefully before booking. Some tours involve trekking, travel at high altitude, high day time temperatures etc. Contact us for more information if necessary and if you are at all unsure whether you are up to doing the tour you should consult your GP.

Make sure that you are up to date with all necessary vaccinations and if travelling to a country where malaria is present please ensure that you take malaria precautions with you.

5)Cancellation. If for any reason you need to cancel your tour after you booked, the following cancellation fees will apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
